Families with an existing username and password MEMBER LOG IN

You can simply register for additional programs by first logging into your member account then selecting Registration Now.  A list of possible programs and their corresponding registration forms will be presented.  Select the correct form, answer the questions , provide payment option.

Play Ups - Play Up Form

Players who wish to play up in age must register in their true age group and submit a PLAY UP FORM. 

The registration may be held up if the entered birth date does not match the birth certificate on file.  The SpVJSA office (922.7910 or spvjsaofc@spvjsa.org) can either email or fax you the form.

2007/2008 Age Chart

All players must register for their true age group.  Request to play in an age group other than their own must be made through the SpVJSA office.
